I have been a student of meditation for 30 years and the study of qigong has enhanced my focus and has empowered my committment to the natural healing arts.
Classes are forming now for November at A Center for Well Being.
We will be offering workshops on Smoothies, Raw Food Preparation,
Touch for Health ,"From Beginning to End" and a series of talks on "Nourishing Our Children".
Being a daughter of a Physician I have always been interessed in medicine and at a very young age began studyng natural medicine and homeopathy.
At A Center for Well Being we believe there are many ways of helping the body,mind and spirit find balance, and therefore provide a variety of services to help you on your path.
