So far, Qigong has really helped me with my breathing. I used to need time to catch my breath after climbing just a few flights of stairs. Now I can climb and immediately begin a conversation without panting for breath. The other thing I have noticed is that my hands don't get cold anymore.
I plan on starting a class soon.

My biggest interests right now are in personal growth and wellness. The path I have followed from The Secret to other teachers has shown me how important it is to develop both the physical and spiritual aspects of our lives. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience, so we need to take care of our physical bodies so that it can be a great experience. Qigong addresses both the spiritual and physical aspects all in one practice.
