Qigong has increased my energy and sense of well being. Regularly practicing qigong in the mornings gets my day off to a great start without caffeine. This energy carries me throughout the day with improved my mental clarity and stamina. I've also found that I am calmer and have a more positive outlook. The changes really surprised me.

The changes I realized in practicing qigong led me to want to share the experience. I can see a surge of energy and alertness in students, even after one class. They really love the "9 Breath Method" and several report using it in place of a caffeine fix in the middle of the day.

I am planning on a qigong series in December. My goal is to help people achieve and maintain energy throughout the holiday season, while reducing stress and anxiety that can arise this time of year. Its a great time to learn qigong and put it to use on a daily basis. Stay posted for dates and times.

I am continuing my studies in nutritional healing and feel passionate about the power of food. Most of us want to feel good and to have more energy. But, we may not have a yen for gyms or a love of outdoor sports. We may be more inclined to surf the net than surf the waves, but we all like to eat, right? So what better way to get healthy than doing what we love!? Eating! My goal has been finding and creating delicious, mouth-watering foods that just so happen to cleanse and heal the body. Its amazing how many yummy foods feed our cells as well as feed our souls.

I'm finding that the combination of qigong and great living foods gives me the energy and physical health I've been searching for all my life. (Heck, you don't need any fancy equipment to do qigong, and you can do it in your bathrobe!)
