Qigong has become my life's work. I have dedicated myself to the practice and teachings of Qigong and loving the True Source. Qigong gives me strength, energy, and love of spirit which I want to share with the world. ALL IS ONE!
After my classes, I notice a sense of peace. There is energy in the room, as well as the realization of some hard work accomplished. This makes me want to teach and spread this wonderful energy even more.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.
