Qigong has changed my life. Qigong has become my sacred moment each day that I connect to the life force in myself and in the world. I have searched for something to make me feel whole. Qigong does just that. I have also searched for ways that I can help others heal. By practicing Qigong, I can better serve my patients as a nurse and clients as a massage therapist/Reiki practioner. I have more energy, I feel more alert, I feel happy and I feel love! The endless supply of energy heals me which allows me to give so much more back to those whom I serve.
I love seeing the students go WHOA! when they feel the Qi or change posturing to enhance it. Most of all I enjoy seeing the light in their eyes and the peace that overcomes them. Breathing as one, moving as one...beautiful!

I plan to obtain higher certifications in Qigong. I desire to be able to hold Qigong seminars and teach food based healing. I also plan to get my Reiki Mastership and hold classes offering attunements.
Everyone should get to feel at least once in thier life the energy that has been present all along. Qigong allows you to feel and harvest this sacred energy. My mission is to help others experience love, peace, and healing.
