Qigong is my first experience with feeling, growing, and using more life energy. I find it very exciting and rewarding to get in touch with this kind of abundant energy around me and internalizing it into my body. At the same time, I learn how to externalize it as well, so my massage clients can benefit from this healing energy too. By learning Qigong I gained a better feeling for my own energy and the energy around me and a big appreciation for the possibilities of using it to be of good service for myself and others.
Since I'm looking forward to create my first Qigong class this upcoming winter I will have to find out together with my students how each of us will benefit personally from our common Qigong practice. I am looking forward for this experience, since I know that every good teacher actually learns the most from the communication and practice with his or her students!
I invite you to to check on the calender for the schedule of my first class this coming winter. I have a very nice therapy center in mind for our gatherings, where you might even be able to enjoy a massage or some other bodywork therapies before or after the Qigong classes. I'm in negotiation with the owner, so please stay tuned! In the meanwhile, tell your friends about it, since a bigger class will increase the potency of the energy!
As an AZ licensed and nationally certified massage therapist for 3 years I have experienced the many benefits of massage therapy as one wonderful way of staying healthy or getting healthy. Since every therapy has it's failures and limits I am always looking out for additional body work styles to improve my own health and the well being of my clients. Qigong is powerful way to teach people how to take care of themselfs between the massage sessions. I'm also planing on becoming a certified Bowen practitioner next year!
If you have a chance to participate at a Supreme Science Qigong Foundation class don't miss it! It was for me the most impressive and wonderful workshop experience I had so far in my life! It has given me a powerful tool to tap into the abundance of life energy everywhere around me and it opened the door for me to become a teacher. Qigong has a potential so big, that you can't even imagine, when you start out - try it, stay with it and see, what it can do for you, and what you can do for others!
