The practice of Qigong has given me another way to tap and utilize universal energy. The slow, rhythmic movement and breathing helps me relax the mind and body; I always see and feel the energy moving through my body and around my aura. Greater calm, clearer thoughts, a sense of aliveness and wellbeing, as well as more energy, are the personal benefits. I alternate qigong movement with a practice of yoga in the morning for a great start to my day!
Those I have taught Qigong enjoy the simplicity of the movements. They have shared that they feel more relaxed. Several experience their energy and the movement of qi as an empowering feeling.
Recently I moved to Santa Fe, NM and am seeking a consistent place to teach Qigong. Look for future announcements. It's my goal to offer classes in a community center or college environment.
Other important projects, outside of my work life, are offering workshops on spiritual growth, inner communication and meditation. These are my true passions.
