Qigong is one of the most powerful tools I have experienced out of many modalities of healing that I have worked with. The best news is it is something each of us can do for ourselves in our own healing process! Everyone can do Qigong!
Students are initially amazed at how quickly they feel the energy increasing in their body - even those who have thought they could never feel energy! As they progress they notice increased strength, stamina, balance, increased ability to deal with stressful situations, and a general sense of peace. Some students have felt a connection to their Soul with just one lesson!
