Qigong has given me a vision of what life can be when I am really tuned into the essence of being alive. It is a deepening of everyday life to a level where my whole being "listens" to the music of being. An elevation of consciousness accompanies every Qigong session.
Students participating in Qigong typically report that they feel calm and centered. It's a great way to take the edge off of living in the anxiety grid of the modern world.
