Life has become a different place for me and those around me since taking my first Qigong class. Things are just easier. The getting ready for work, rushing around taking the dogs out, the traffic, the grumpy co-workers all not a problem any longer. My morning practice has shown me a better way of dealing with life, and given me a sense of peace.
Please check back in a few weeks for a class schedule. At the present time I am enjoying sharing my new experience with friends and family. If you are interested in becoming a new friend, I am always looking for more.
We are all looking forward to the National Qigong Gathering in Orlando, FL June 28 thru July 1, 2008. If you have not read about this on our web site please do so. It is going to be a wonderful experience. What could be more wonderful than 3000 people building Qi and praying for the world. Come join the experience.
