Gigong has helped me to be more spiritually connected to God and his wonderful energy everyday. It's an extraordinary feeling knowing God is in control of your life and that He is with you always.
My students have shared with me that after participating in my classes they have felt more centered and calm, yet energized and empowered. They know that once they learn Gigong, they have it with them always and they can practice it anywhere, any time, without the need for special equipment.
