Qigong has rejuvenated my energy and purposes. It has made my other exercise disciplines and practices clearer and has given me more strength and better attention. It has helped me move through emotions from the death of my father. It has helped me to heal.
My students notice better health, better mental attitude and concentration. I work a lot with elderly people, and they report a greater ability to stay strong and remain flexible and positive.
I am teaching two classes, currently, one on Monday a.m and one on Tuesday p.m. I am putting emphasis on students with physical disabilities and problems with pain. For example, one student is blind.
