Qigong has allowed me to connect with the Universe's tremedous energy. It allows me to move the energy through me to others and give healing energy to those who request or need assistance. I receive clarity,peace and vitality from my sessions. Receiving Qi at first is conscious then moves to unconcious. Just as breathing.
I notice a calming awareness when individuals perform Qigong. I teach Qigong to share the healing effects from this practice. I teach and considerate myself a student learning from others who are seeking a balanced center.
Are you available for private or group lessons in my Central Austin home? I welcome and encourage you to call for a class or classes. I have 35 years in various fields of corporate health care and have mentored and managed large groups of individuals.
As a Reiki Master I and II, I work to open blocked chakras. I increase the effectiveness of Reiki from a position of love, compassion and kindness. I believe in placing a healing energy that attunes individuals to hear their higher self.
