I have been in awe of the "flow" that I seem to have been in since I first signed up for the Qigong Seminar. Always one to take charge and try to will things to happen this easy flowing along and allowing things to happen even seems a little bit scary sometimes. There is a paradox happening. While things have never come easier there is much work to be done. Perception is changing, making way for a peaceful world. When 420 of us prayed and did the 9 Breath Method together I saw something that I cannot forget. It is a vision of well being and peace for all people everywhere and it keeps me grounded. I feel such love, joy and peace when I practice Qigong. I find myself smiling at times when it feels as if I am physically touching God (True Source, the Universe, Spirit, whatever name you choose to label this with). I am calmer and so many things that would have disturbed me before just don't seem to matter. I work many 13 hour days. I no longer fall into bed physically exhausted. My sleep is deeper and my appetite has changed. When I left the 4 day seminar I kept thinking that I felt like what the tin man in the Wizard of Oz must have felt like after he was oiled. It was as if my whole body had loosened up from the inside out. I could go on and on.
I have seen tears come into people's eyes when they feel the energy for the first time and they tell me that the increase in their energy was noticeable. This makes me want to share this with everyone everywhere.

I plan to be with the 3000 in Orlando this summer assisting, praying and breathing!! After that my intention is to train and become certified in the next level as I expect the people I am teaching to want to know more (as do I)
In addition to being a Qigong Instructor I am the sole proprietor of Natural Therapies where I am blessed with helping others by way of massage therapy and Reiki.
