It feels like qigong is changing me from the inside out. I have more energy. Often it feels like every cell in my body is vibrating much faster than normal.
The unsolicited feedback I am getting from students is great confirmation of the power this form of qigong has. Students are commenting on improved digestion, signs of detoxing, inflammation in a year long rash being reduced by 50% after just one class. . . It is exciting to think about the changes that will take place with a steady, long term practice.
Myself and Martha Shimizu are on the schedule at the Awareness Center in Pasadena to teach at 12:15 p.m. each Friday. Details are being worked out for an evening class and a workshop. I also teach small groups and individuals.
