Qigong's gift to me is an overall feeling of well-being, both physically and emotionally. A sense of peace oversees my daily activities.
My students have expressed immediate relief in stress levels as well as physical discomforts, especially shoulder pain. Most experience a profound sense of well-being immediately after practicing Qigong. Qigong raises the energy levels of my students in a natural, long-lasting way with regular practice.
Qigong classes are held on Tuesdays at 3:00 o'clock at Dream Mountain Healing Arts, 115 West Ryus, La Veta, Colorado. On bad weather winter days phone ahead to confirm the class at 719-746-2243. Classes are appropriate for all levels - beginners will feel comfortable and supported. $5.00 drop-in fee requested.
