Qigong has helped me open up to a whole new world. I am always more energized yet calm and ready to fully participate in life after practice. I am so much more grounded and in my body, yet have an definite sense of connection to the Whole and a sense that there is still so much more....Qigong lives in my Heart.
I have no regular classes being held at the moment. If you are interested in a private or group class in your home I would love to be of service.
I have many areas of interest, but it's all about empowering YOU to feel more alive and connected. I currently offer massage and FLOW sessions at my office, as well as Wellness Coaching and Guidance.
