Practicing Qi Gong has literally changed my life. I originally started in the Mid 90's and it has opened doors to me that I would have never imagined before. It was the door to my current life, which is Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qi Gong adds a calming and focused centerdness to my life. It is also my conscious connection to source.
Classes are at my office on Monday's from 6pm - 7pm.
