The powerful spirituality of Qigong is for me like being able to hold the Holy Spirit in my hands. Daily practice has become part of my prayer
time. Emotionally Qigong has accelerated the process of healing old
hurts and resentments. This is not always pleasant, but it makes a clearing for new and more positive thoughts and emotions. My massage has
changed. I am able to bring to it a
healing energy that is strong and
powerful.
I am giving private instruction, and will start classes, in my home in May.
I am a Benedictine Oblate. This means I
am a lay member of a monestery. My
spiritual study right now is the
wonderful book The Shack, by William P.
Young. I also do cleansing, and weightloss coaching with Isagenix. My
team is doing an intense business course.
