Qigong is adding more Vital Life Force energy to my life. I have been studying and practicing many forms of energy medicine, Dance and exercise for most of my life. Supreme Science Qigong has given me a Big Boost of energy. My physical body is more energized and my ability to stay clear and focused while working with clients and running my business has improved dramatically.
My clients love playing with the energy. Those who have never experienced this mysterious invisible energy are having fun discovering the sensations in the body. They are feeling more energized and becoming more impowered to make healthier choices everyday.
I'm looking forward to adding some Summertime Qigong classes at Body Awareness Studio. Look for our early morning and lunch time classes starting in July.
I am also excited about facilitating my first Natural Rhythms circle beginning this July. We will be exploring and reconnecting with the elements and the Astrological archetypes using Movement, Journaling and Meditation. This work is perfect for anyone who is interested in discovering more about the mystery schools of the Divine Feminine and Masculine energies and actively integrating them into their Body and Mind.
