I have enjoyed practice Qi Gong and I've noticed an increase in my personal power and energy.
Qigong is a great way to keep the energy strong and centered. In this busy world, taking time in the morning to do Qigong helps the people to slow down, grounds people and creates good start for the rest of the day. people feel more balanced, clear, joyful, more connected to Nature and people. the people have more energy and love to share with others.
I am working in the spiral of evolution drawing (the location is daily life, the time is now, the method is the action, the purpose is the evolution) .
