Qigong is a mainstay of my life. I practice in the morning and midday and have had miraculous healing experiences with my own health and the health of my animals and family. I have taught Qigong since 1984, but it is in the last ten years that I have been able to absolutely alter my Qi and promote immediate wellness, just from Qigong. I am grateful to all Qigong teachers and students. Good Practice to you!.
Students report increased vitality, less pain, more flexiblilty with movement, better sleep, and that they always feel better after Qigong class. This motivates me to teach as much as I can and to continue to add classes, so that more people can reap these amazing benefits.
I teach Qigong four times per week in Los Angeles. Two classes are in West Hollywood, one in Hollywood and one on the west side near Venice.
I am working on two music cds for healing which work well with Qigong Practice. I am also creating a project to join Qigong with Probiotics. I am editing two DVD's of Qigong and am really excited to be invited so many places to teach Qigong and Healing Arts.
