I am a Certified Qigong Instructor and on the teachers path to certification in Ayurveda at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Qigong is an ancient Chinese art form, for strengthening the body's life force energy. This practice dates back over 5000 years. It provides a sense of well-being and clarity that comes when energy is flowing freely, having a natural ease and connectedness to oneself and ones interactions with their physical, mental, and spiritual lives. The style of Qigong that I teach is called, Supreme Science Qigong using our intentional minds (meditation), your breath, and subtle graceful movements. This practice is designed to help you reconnect with your true essence and create an environment of inner peace and healing.
My intention is to continue to learn and gather tools that will serve as your guide to the infinite possibilities that lie within you. My goal is to provide you with the keys to remembering the love that lies within you. Because I believe that there is a sacred heart within us all and that love will show us the way to heal our souls.
