Practicing Qigong has done so much for me. It is more than wonderful to be in a space of such energy and calm that is so readily accessable. Within just seconds of practice, my focus shifts off the concerns of the day, to a field of energy that is highly tangible, and available, and beautiful and wonderful! True Source energy! This is the deepest experience I have found.
What drives me to teach Qigong, is that I want to share this great experience: the calm, the joy, the energy, with as many as want it. Our world is so chaotic sometimes. If people knew how to tap into experiencing the True Source energy, could feel the Qi, feel their connection to the True Source, I believe it will help heal their lives, and our world as a whole.
I will be starting a Level One Qigong class in January, in Fredericksburg at 202 E Creek St, that will be open to people of all ages and fitness levels. Even if you know nothing about Qigong, and are only curious, I hope you will come to experience it!
I am also a choreographer, and the Director of Fredericksburg Youth Ballet Ensemble. My passion is bringing focus and accomplishment to young people.
I also am a massage therapist, and most enjoy working with clients with scoliosis, using potent essential oils, massage and deep stretching to help straighten the spine non invasively.
Qigong has given me so much more joy than years of other practices.
