I began practicing Qigong three years ago. I now have balance in my life, more energy, awareness, and a greater respect for the universe and its power. It has brought me from believing to knowing... this really works.
Students often notice chi for the first time and become very excited. With practice, profound changes have occurred, ranging from physical to spiritual. Experiences have included a greater range of motion, pain reduction, and more emotional and spiritucal balance. This is an exciting time to be an instructor and/or student of qigong. I am grateful to be both.
At this time, I am offering only personal instruction, however in the near future I will be offering group instruction as well. I will update this website with locations and times as soon as they become available. If you should have any questions, I can be reached on 301-384-1010.
Currently, I am in the process of acquiring my certification in Feng Shui(energy study) and intend to incorporate it into my existing Real Estate/Home Staging Business. Beginning March 2008, I will also be working on my certification as a medical qigong practitioner.
This is the most exciting time in my life, as I have come to understand energy in a more practical way. My hope for you is to experience and capitilize on all forms of energy available to you. That you may create harmoniuous balance within yourself, with your loved ones, and with the universe/God.
