I am truly blessed, to have taken this class. I already have training and different types of modalities. But this has connected me to the true Divine Source in such a way with body and spirit. Its always a new meditation everytime I do Qigong on every morning. Its helped me bring that relaxed state of being in the present and has added good health.
In our classes you will actually enjoy having two instructors which will be Norma and I.One of us will actually be teaching of the form while the other helps you making sure your doing the form correctly . Making sure you achieve in doing the form properly . You will enjoy doing your classes in a large facilities and we will have some of them out outdoors .
