Qigong practice opens my heart and helps me to center myself and to focus on how I might be of service for just this day. It is meditation in movement and it quiets my monkey mind so that I can find that sweet still place within.
I want to teach Qigong so that others experience the peace and healing that is possible with this practice.
I will give two free introductory teaching sessions at Angel's Touch in West Jefferson (Ashe County, NC) The sessions are December 9th and 16th at 6:00 pm. Choose the date that works for you. You will experience first hand the power of chi and learn about benefits for your body, mind, and spirit.
I am a massage therapist in West Jefferson, NC. I do table work (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones) and floor work (Thai Yoga Massage). I am also a Rossiter coach (see Step Out of Pain website) and yoga teacher and therapist. I can mix and match techniques specifically to help you heal.
I love my work and I am so honored to have the opportunity to working with my fellow humans (and sometimes animals) to reach toward maximum wellness.
