Qigong has brought me a new sense of well-being and focus. After being diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia, Qigong has been the perfect exercise to get my health back on track. After attending Supreme Science's workshop and feeling the life-changing effects it had on me, I knew this was something I wanted to continue with and teach. It has truly brought my energy and life back.
The students in my Qigong classes have fallen in love with this incredibly healing art form. They report feeling so calm, stress-free and in touch with themselves - some of which have never experienced those feelings before taking Qigong classes. Others say they feel internal warmth, and full of energy. It is so important, especially with the fast-paced lifestyle everyone lives in, to experience some time of calmness and self-development. It is truly inspirational.
